Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Pinellas County School Volunteer and Partner in Education! Our mission is to establish partnerships and build relationships between families, communities, schools, and the district to support 100% Student Success.

If you are a current volunteer, you do not need to complete another volunteer application. Please go to the Volunteer System to reactivate your profile. Volunteers are required to reactivate their volunteer status each year, prior to volunteering.

PLEASE NOTE: This PCS Volunteer Application is not applicable for Charter Schools. If you are interested in volunteering at a Charter School, please contact the school directly. Do not complete this Volunteer Application.

When completing the online application, please carefully review all spelling and numbers.

• The online form will take approximately 5 to 15 minutes to complete.
• For the best experience, use devices with a full size display.
• A Government Issued photo ID is required to upload to the form in order to process your application. You may upload during this registration or you may email a picture or scanned document to volunteer@pcsb.org Example: Driver’s License
• Do not upload a Passport or a Military ID.
• If you are a current student at a Pinellas County School, you are not required to provide an ID Card.
• All US Citizens or permanent residents will be required to submit a Social Security Number (SSN) for the purpose of a Criminal Background Screening.
• If you are a current student at a Pinellas County School, you are not required to provide your Social Security Number.
• Be prepared to disclose ALL criminal history to avoid ineligibility.
• You do not need to disclose traffic tickets.
• You must have an email address before completing this online application.
• An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provide to inform you of the status of your application. Your e-mail will remain private.
• Please make sure you have access to the e-mail you enter, as it is our primary means of communication with you.
