Volunteer System

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Pinellas County School Volunteer and Partner in Education! Our mission is to establish partnerships and build relationships between families, communities, schools, and the district to support 100% Student Success.

Current Volunteers
If you are already a registered volunteer, you do not need to complete a new application. Please visit the Volunteer System to reactivate your profile before volunteering.
 
Charter School Volunteers
This application is not used for Charter Schools. If you wish to volunteer at a Charter School, please contact the school directly and do not complete this form.

Getting Started

Pinellas County Schools requires all new volunteers to complete a Level 2 background screening and be cleared through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Clearinghouse.

Please review all information for accuracy before submitting your application.

What You'll Need
If you are already a registered volunteer, you do not need to complete a new application. Please visit the Volunteer System to reactivate your profile before volunteering.
  • 10 minutes to complete the form.
  • A device with a full-size display for the best experience
  • A government-issued photo ID to upload (e.g., Driver’s License).
    • Do not upload a Passport or a Military ID.
    • Current PCS students are not required to provide an ID.
  • Your Social Security Number (U.S. citizens and permanent residents only) for the required criminal background screening.
    • Current PCS students are not required to provide an SSN.
  • Disclosure of all criminal history (traffic tickets do not need to be reported).
    • Failure to disclose criminal history may delay processing.
  • A valid email address you can access. Status updates will be sent to the email you provide.

If you do not upload your photo ID and enter your Social Security number during registration, your application will be delayed in processing.
